Delete Your NineE AI Account
At NineE AI, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and data. If you no longer wish to use NineE AI, you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal information.
1. How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete Your Account from the App
- Open the NineE AI app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the information provided.
- Confirm your deletion request.
Option 2: Delete Your Account from the Web App
- Sign in to your NineE account on the web.
- Click on your Profile icon.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the information provided regarding account deletion.
- Confirm your deletion request.
Option 3: Request Account Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at: support@ninee.ai
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your account name (if available)
- A request to delete your NineE AI account
We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete:
- Your account profile information
- Saved preferences and settings
- Search history associated with your account
- Saved collections, favorites, or personalized content
- Other personal information linked to your account
3. What Data May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period when required for:
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Fraud prevention and security purposes
- Resolving disputes and enforcing agreements
- Internal backup and recovery processes
Any retained data will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
4. Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification. In some cases, backups and residual copies may take additional time to be fully removed from our systems.
